Your team has Rovo.

That gap compounds.

Adoption is not a training problem.

Rovo agent workshops that move teams from licensed to live. Weeks, not quarters.

Trundl. Atlassian Rovo specialists.

Three loops. One trap.

The Discovery loop

People ask Rovo a question. Get a mediocre answer. Stop asking. The tool dies before it starts.

The Rediscovery loop

Someone finds value. Tells nobody. Leaves the company. Knowledge walks out the door.

The Synthesis loop

Agents exist but pull from the wrong sources. Answers are plausible, wrong, and trusted.

Two pillars. One outcome.

People ask Rovo a question. Get a mediocre answer. Stop asking. The tool dies before it starts.

The Discovery loop

Naming conventions. Prompt libraries. Knowledge source governance. Guardrails that scale adoption safely. Your team leaves with a playbook.

Agents built for impact

Real workflows. Real data sources. Agents scoped to decisions that matter. Deployed and tested before we leave. Your team leaves with working agents.

How we get there.

Five steps. Fixed scope.
You own everything we build.

Common questions about
Rovo workshops

How fast is fast?

Days, not months. Fresh Jira, Confluence, or JSM environments go live in days once your docs are in our hands.

Organisations deploying Atlassian for the first time, switching from another work or service management tool, or migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Cloud.

Can't find your answer?

Do we need Rovo licenses before booking?

Yes. Rovo is a licensed add-on to Atlassian Cloud. Your team needs active Rovo licenses before the workshop begins so we can work in your live environment. If you are still evaluating Rovo, we can help you scope a trial during the initial scoping call.

Between five and fifteen is the range where workshops work best. You need enough people to represent different workflows and use cases, but few enough that everyone gets hands-on time building agents. We recommend a mix of power users, team leads, and at least one admin.

Working agents in your production environment, a standards playbook covering naming conventions, prompt libraries, and knowledge source governance, recorded enablement sessions, and full documentation. The Custom package also includes an executive readout with an ROI model and a 30-day check-in.

Rovo agents work within the Atlassian ecosystem. They can pull from Confluence, Jira, JSM, and connected third-party knowledge sources that Rovo supports. If your use case requires integration with systems outside that boundary, we scope that during Discovery and recommend the right approach.

Atlassian provides product documentation and general training. Our workshops are scoped to your specific workflows, your data sources, and your team’s use cases. We build agents against your real work, not sample data. And we leave behind operational standards that Atlassian’s generic enablement does not cover.

Good. We start by auditing what you have. Discovery identifies which agents are working, which ones need tuning, and where the gaps are. Teams with existing agents often get more value from the workshop because they already understand the basics and can focus on standards and scale.

Your team owns everything. All agents, standards documentation, prompt libraries, and governance frameworks are yours. The Base package includes a full handoff. The Custom package adds a 30-day check-in to review adoption metrics and address any issues. If you need ongoing support beyond that, we offer managed Atlassian AI services.
